Online Orders Only: These terms apply to online purchases. For in-store purchases, refer to your receipt.
Returns Policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items received after this period may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items: Women’s swimwear, perfume, and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Full-Priced Items: Eligible for refund or store credit.

Discount Codes: Refunds reflect the value paid after discounts. For multi-item orders, refunds are prorated based on the discount applied.
Exchanges: No direct exchanges. Purchase the desired size or style and request a return for the original item.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is your responsibility and non-refundable. Use a trackable service.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners intact. Soiled, damaged, or laundered items will not be accepted.

How do I return my order?

Items Purchased with Discount Codes

Item(s) returned with discount code will only be refunded at the amount less value of discount code used. When one item returned from a multi item order, item refunded will be less value of discount code.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please request a store credit in the Return Portal and place a new order. Alternatively, we suggest to purchase the size or style you need as soon as possible to secure the piece and avoid the disappointment of missing out on your size in the desired item. You can then submit a return request for a full refund for your initial purchase. Please note we do no refund original shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Jaxsea Hawaii & Billy Aloha take no responsibility in tracking your return.

Brand New Condition

All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
